Finally, I (Ellen Range) heard through the grapevine that Blackhawk Technical College and Nicolet Area Technical College were/are involved in creating some online modules for welding and, while they are not necessarily licensed or publicly available as open educational resources, they might be open to sharing their content. That’s really about all I know. Perhaps you already have instructor contacts there or would know a good avenue to reach out if that is a route you are interested in pursuing.
