In addition to being available in the Learning Commons and by email, your librarians provide a chat service embedded into all of our research guides, database list, and several of our databases. It's one of the most popular ways for students and faculty to reach out to us.
To connect, click for the red bubble in the corner of your screen (if it's gray it means we're offline). Type your question and hit submit. We'll be with you shortly to help you come up with search terms, pick just the right database, or answer your question!
