There are many people who can get you started with these technology resources, help you get more comfortable, and troubleshoot problems when they come up. Here are few ideas:
Reach out to your instructor
They are the best person to be able to answer questions about where to find things in the course, solving problems, or helping you locate any specific materials. They are also often most familiar with the ins and outs of technology used in the course.
Reach out to your embedded support instructor (if you have one)
They are another great resource for answering any course-specific or general questions.
Ask the Learning Commons (drop in the Zoom Room or email us)

Contact PC Services at pcservice@westerntc.edu if you're having trouble with your password (and have already tried to reset it on your own) or the technology isn't working the way you expect, Western's IT team is a great resource!
