Reach out to your instructor
They are the best person to be able to answer questions about where to find things in the course, solving problems, or helping you locate any specific materials. They are also often most familiar with the ins and outs of technology used in the course.

We can answer quick questions that come up about navigating or using technology tools including Blackboard, Zoom, and Teams. We can also get you connected with the right person to resolve any issues you may be having. We can also help you build your skills for navigating these tools. Please reach out to us.
