Your MyWestern, Western student email, Blackboard, and network user accounts are synchronized so they use the same password.
Here is what you should use for your username for each of these accounts:

NOTE: To change your password now or in the future, you need to have an authentication method setup. (Microsoft Authenticator):

Will link you to your Western Student email account - Microsoft Outlook. Checking your email daily or at least twice a week. You receive emails about updating your password every so often. Be sure to flag or pin the password change emails so you have a link you can use to update your password more conveniently. If you can’t remember your password don’t guess because you can be locked out of your account and must call PC Services to reset your password.
After you change your password, you may need to wait a few minutes for it to synchronize with all your accounts (Office 365, Western email, network user account).

Cool Fact: if you sign into Blackboard first you will automatically be signed into your email if you use the SSO (single sign-in) method, using your student email address and be taken directly to your student email inbox.
