This document is intended for use by any project reviewers, particularly subject area colleagues and others familiar with subject area content. It includes instructions and criteria for evaluating the materials. It can be used instead of the Proofreading checklist if the materials being reviewed are not primarily text-based (e.g. videos, drawings, or other project files) and are being reviewed by a subject matter expert.
