Read between the lines and try to sketch out how they gain a competitive advantage over the competition. What strategies do they seem to be using to reach out to consumers? Many family-owned businesses have websites, as well, but often they are not as extensive as a larger local business with multiple locations. Often the sole purpose of the website is to serve as digital advertising, but again, read between the lines. What information can you gather about the nature of about the business and it's structure?

As you research, take screenshots, take notes, or jot down keywords along with your thoughts about how the business's strategies. How does it match what you are learning in this course?
