This presentation offers a general overview of Open Educational Resources (OER) and Affordable Educational Resources (AER). It covers the very basics, introduces some popular search tools, and provides ideas for how to get started with using freely accessible and openly licensed resources in Western courses. Note: This session was a repeat of the OER-AER: Going from Surviving to Thriving Online session that was offered in May 2020.
