Stop by the library and check out the different books we have related to the issues covered in your assignment. The location of books in the library are displayed on a small white label on the spine of the book. The code you see is basically it's "shelf address." Library books are categorized by subjects, or "neighborhoods." Notice the books' shelf addresses/codes on the books listed below; RC - health; HD - race; BF - psychology. Chances are you will find more books like it in the same subject "neighborhood."

Finding Human Resources Books in Western Library
Books in Western Library are shelved according to Library of Congress Classification system, or "LC" for short. The white labels on the spine of a book represents the location of the book in a library, basically it's "address" on the shelf.
The first letters in the address as well as the numbers represent the book's "neighborhood" and "street."
Notice in the pictures below, for Human Resources books, the first letters and numbers are: HF 5549. The remaining numbers and letters refer to the individual book, itself.
General Human Resources: "Call Number" HF 5549. The next level of number (.5) gets more specific - HR and Diversity.
